Eureka! I have found it!

So ever since I have decided I wanted to edit copy, I have been confronted with conflicting spellings of the job title of those who edit copy: copyeditor or copy editor.

Well, I figured it out! I am so awesome. I can regain my sanity because of my super discovery.

If you use the Chicago Manual of Style: copyeditor.

If you use the AP Stylebook: copy editor.

Why does no one else know this?? I should totally be hired and paid a buttload of money. Really.
